Everything is exceptional here. The staff are very very helpful and excellent and deserve a 3-star rating. The hotel offers fantastic and neat rooms with great air-conditioning and balcony overlooking the streets, as for instance, I am very pleased about that. The place has a quiet atmosphere. All in all they offer helpful service. You can ask for extra pillows too.

We loved our short stay, especially the comfy beds and the beautiful lounge area. There were some nice relaxation spots. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit smaller than expected, but overall, we were happy with our choice 😊

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was nice. The room was neat, had essentials, like a hairdryer, a bidet and shower caps. The place had a quiet atmosphere. It was very good time in Milan.

Key card policy is a hassle, requiring check-in every time you leave, which becomes frustrating if the reception is busy or empty. Wi-Fi struggles in the rooms. Slow connectivity makes it tough for business needs or video calls. The air conditioning didn't work, leaving the room uncomfortably hot, and the maintenance didn't offer a solution but a discount for a future stay. Some rooms lack adequate size and comfort, with poor water pressure and minimal furnishings.
